CCVMS
The CCVMS is a system for monitoring a cold chain and vaccination network. It was created to record and monitor vaccination coverage, and add strategies that support achieving maximum coverage in the reduction of infant deaths from diseases preventable by vaccination in the state of Chiapas, Mexico. CCVMS is also responsible for recording incidents in the cold chain, ensuring that health units can report cold chain failures in the network and state departments.
The tool was developed within the framework of IDB projects ME-G1001 & ME-G1004 of the Mesoamerica Health initiative, and is used by the Ministry of Health of the State of Chiapas, Mexico.
