ACCEDA
This platform was created by the government of Spain to increase the online availability of routine public services and administrative tasks. Giving citizens online access to complete administrative tasks creates efficiency in a number of ways, by saving time, resources, and improving accuracy of data collection.
ACCEDA is equipped with an editor and content management capabilities, making it flexible and convenient to add new records.
The Secretary General of Digital Administration is responsible for developing the platform. It has been utilized by multiple Spanish agencies including the Ministries of Finance and Public Service. This tool has been shared with Code for Development as part of an exchange with the Center for the Transfer of Technology in the Spanish Ministry of Territorial Policy and Public Service. FUNCTIONS:
ACCEDA has a modular design, including interfaces for the complete configuration of procedures for the end user and the administrator.
It is equipped with an editor and a content manager to add new forms and files.
Administrators can assign processing states to a procedure, to properly follow up and distribute the work.
Built with programming language PHP, and functions with Operating System: Linux, Windows
