Organizational survey for sexual harassment - ELSA
Tool description:
This questionnaire focuses mainly on institutional aspects of an organization in the prevention of workplace sexual harassment, such as, for example, conducting an annual measurement, implementing and communicating policies, establishing a reporting channel, training made to staff, among others.
In this way, at ELSA we seek to ensure that organizations can access an initial measurement of their prevention system. Its usefulness lies in the fact that organizations can take the first step to start a comprehensive path that involves a diagnosis, collects perceptions and experiences of their staff and implements actions to improve their indicators.
It is important to mention that this test is not a comprehensive measurement, but rather focuses on one of the several aspects that encompasses the prevention of workplace sexual harassment; but it does work as a trigger for taking preventive action.
